It’s good that cars are becoming increasingly automated, but this trend is not without its weaknesses. If the lidar of a moving car on the road is struck or damaged due to an emergency situation, it may start to malfunction and potentially lead to an accident. So now transportation becoming more autonomous. People now, will spend more time on actual things, tasks rather than going from A to B. Average human spends tons of time to travel and sometimes it is just waste of time. (My BMW fanboy side is not aware that I typing this, he is better not.)
