Hi everyone, I am glad to share my thoughts and I hope It will be a great place for me to exchange ideas with you.🙏
Today, I would like to talk about my mistake which I made a lot. It is my procrastination. Sometimes I don’t know what is wrong with me or I take a lot of tasks for my day despite of my potential both my physical and mental state. Maybe it is true. I plqn my day ahead of the day, write down and try do my best, but one or two things are dropped and late night I sit and think that gets me overwhelmed and anxious. Then I couldn’t think It was enough for today, there was no problem like that. I find it is my flaw and I feel guilt that put me down unmotivated.I do some plans with energy more than 1 week bu after I get tired . It is recursive process for a long time. What do you think how can I get rid of this problem?
Solutions
1. Break your tasks into smaller, manageable parts and set realistic goals. This way, you won’t overwhelm yourself and can celebrate small achievements throughout the day.
2. Focus on the most important tasks first. Use techniques like the Eisenhower Matrix to prioritize tasks by urgency and importance.
3. Implement techniques like the Pomodoro Technique, where you work for 25 minutes and then take a 5-minute break. This can help maintain your focus and productivity.
4. Identify and eliminate distractions during your work periods. This could mean putting your phone on silent, closing unnecessary tabs, or finding a quiet workspace.
5. Be kind to yourself. Understand that it’s okay not to complete every single task every day. What’s important is progress, not perfection.
6. Sometimes discussing your struggles with friends or professionals can provide new insights and encouragement. Don’t hesitate to seek advice or assistance.
7. At the end of each day or week, reflect on what you’ve achieved and what needs improvement. Adjust your plans accordingly and use what you’ve learned to make better decisions moving forward.
