I often say that if billionaire Warren Buffett ever allowed me to be his assistant, I wouldn’t hesitate to pay him for the opportunity to work with.

I would gladly give him all my money and savings just to be by his side.

I’d even carry his coffee or clean the floors in his office, as long as I could sit in on his meetings and hear him interact with others.

Not because he’s a billionaire, but because his way of thinking is extraordinary. It’s the kind of mindset that enabled him to build a fortune of $109 billion.

The money isn’t the point—it’s his way of thinking that captivates me. He’s a true icon of business intelligence and strategic thinking.

So yes, I would happily serve coffee at his meetings if it meant having the chance to learn from him.

Of course, this is on the condition that I could eventually leave to pursue my own goals. But when I do, I’d have the right foundation to build upon, saving myself years of trial and error.
