Why do you think most people tend to ignore the importance of their brain health, even though its our most precious gift?

Maybe they are busy with other routine things, their life, family, work… and thats why they dont even have a time to pay attention to such things. I think so

I guess brain health issues often develop slowly, with subtle symptoms. And we prioritize other things: We focus on things like physical appearance, work, and relationships, which seem more urgent.
