Vitalik: There is an imbalance in infrastructure investment, with some areas overinvesting and others underinvesting

On July 16, Vitalik Buterin posted on the Warpcast platform that “the view on “overinvestment in infrastructure” is that some types of infrastructure are overinvested and others are underinvested. The current reality is that people want to invest in “casinos” but want to feel good about themselves, so they invest in those parts of infrastructure that can benefit from the overflow profits of casinos.
